We specialize in Marvin Windows and Doors, and Tim is the first installer in Minnesota certified to install the Marvin lift and slide door. Whether you're replacing a single window or outfitting a new commercial build, we bring the same level of craftsmanship and attention to every job.
How do I know if I should repair or replace my windows?
If your windows are drafty, difficult to open and close, showing condensation between panes, or more than 20 years old, replacement is usually the better investment. New windows reduce energy loss, improve comfort, and add home value — repairs on older windows often cost more over time than replacing them.
What's the difference between new construction and replacement windows?
New construction windows include a nail fin and are designed for framing-in during a build or major renovation. Replacement windows (also called insert windows) fit into your existing frame with minimal disruption to interior trim and siding — the right choice for most residential projects.
How long does window or door installation take?
Most residential projects are completed in one day. Larger jobs or commercial work may take longer. We give you a clear timeline before work begins so you can plan accordingly.
Do you install all brands, or only Marvin®?
We install all major brands, including Andersen, Pella, and Thermo-Tech. We also specialize in the full Marvin product line — Tim was the first installer in Minnesota for the Marvin® lift and slide door.
